It takes courage to ask for help in a society where many women are “doing it all”, so I commend you for taking that step.

I use a variety of approaches in my counselling sessions depending on the client’s individual situation. I also use feedback informed therapy, which means that I encourage honest feedback from my clients to make sure that we are on the same page and that therapy is working for them. 

Relief is possible. To get the most of the counselling experience, it is suggested to set clear goals, be open and honest with your counsellor, actively participate in sessions, and practice the techniques learned in sessions between appointments.
